This notice explains how Korean Tickers handles launch notifications, accounts, Standard API pilot access, manual billing, and controlled legacy or internal access records. Last updated September 10, 2026.
The legal operator name, business or notice address, registration or tax identifier where applicable, customer-support telephone, governing privacy jurisdiction, and responsible privacy contact are published below.
If you opt in, Korean Tickers collects your email address, consent time and notice version to send one API launch notification. This is optional: declining does not restrict browsing, and joining does not create an account or paid subscription. We do not add you to a newsletter or sell this list. Addresses are stored privately on our hosting infrastructure for up to 12 months and removed within 30 days after the launch notification is sent, or on withdrawal. To withdraw or request deletion, email [email protected] from the registered address. A short-lived keyed hash of your network address is used for abuse prevention; the waitlist database does not store the raw address. General infrastructure request logs are covered separately below.
We may process account email, name, authentication provider, organization and billing contacts, signed-order and invoice references, API key prefix, entitlement and access-grant status, contract limits, API usage counts, requested endpoint and ticker, timestamp, IP address, user agent, referrer, request ID, error state, and operational logs needed to run and secure the service.
Login is handled through Supabase Auth and supported providers such as Google or email sign-in. We use authentication data to create sessions, protect account pages, manage API access, and respond to account requests.
The Standard API pilot may be billed through an agreed manual invoice arrangement. If a payment provider is later used, its identity and applicable privacy terms must be disclosed before collection. Korean Tickers does not need to store full card numbers. We may store payment status, product, amount, currency, tax status, invoice identifiers, pilot dates, cancellation status, and billing contact details.
Historical or internal access-grant records may carry a context entitlement. That entitlement is not sold as a separate plan and is not a current checkout, quote, or invoice item. We process those records only for compatibility, access control, security, migration, audit, and applicable retention or deletion duties.
We log Standard API usage and controlled legacy or internal access activity to enforce limits, debug errors, protect the service, measure reliability, investigate source or access incidents, and support billing or refund questions. Logs may include endpoint path, ticker and filters, status code, request ID, rate-limit state, access-grant identifier, and key prefix or internal identifier, but not the plaintext API key.
The service uses infrastructure providers such as hosting, CDN, security, database, authentication, analytics, and email tools. These providers may process request metadata and account data to deliver the service, mitigate abuse, and maintain reliability.
We use cookies or browser storage for authentication sessions, security, preference retention, and operational functionality. Third-party services linked from Korean Tickers use their own policies.
The signed order form must state the operational-log retention period and any customer-specific retention before activation. Account and access-grant records are kept while access is active and then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed for account closure, security, or disputes. API and infrastructure logs are kept only for the stated operational period, except that a record tied to an active incident or dispute may be isolated until resolution. Invoice and order records are kept for the period required by the applicable accounting, tax, and legal rules identified in the completed provider disclosure. Korean Tickers does not claim an unspecified right to retain customer data indefinitely.
You may request account correction, deletion, export, or access changes by contacting us. Some records may be retained where needed for security, billing, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
