This policy covers the approved paid Korean Tickers Standard API pilot. Last updated July 12, 2026.
Korean Tickers advertises approved Standard API pilot access at $19.99 per month, with 3,000 requests per day and 120 requests per minute. This policy applies only after paid access is explicitly accepted and activated; the public pricing page is not an automatic checkout.
Historical or internal account records may still show a context entitlement. It is not a current public product, is not separately priced or offered for purchase, and does not increase the Standard API allowance. Such records are retained only for controlled compatibility, access suspension, and audit.
If a manual invoice has been paid but Korean Tickers cannot complete the agreed activation gates, the customer may request cancellation and a refund of the unactivated pilot fee. The parties may instead agree in writing to a revised activation date. No Standard API access should be invoiced or activated until the provider identity, source authorization, and order-form fields are complete.
For a first Standard API purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days if the product does not fit your workflow and the account has not used the API heavily. As a practical threshold, requests under 100 API calls are treated as light evaluation use.
A Standard API pilot does not renew automatically unless the signed order form expressly says that it does. A cancellation stops any agreed future renewal or next invoice. Access normally continues through the paid pilot term unless the parties agree to end it earlier or access is suspended for security, prohibited use, nonpayment, or a material terms violation.
If a confirmed Korean Tickers service issue materially prevents the contracted API use, contact us with request IDs or timestamps. We will review the impact against the order form and may issue a refund, credit, or extension. The two-Korean-business-day first-response target is not a service-level guarantee or an automatic credit promise.
Duplicate charges, obvious billing mistakes, or charges after a confirmed cancellation request will be corrected or refunded after verification.
After activation and material use, fees are generally not refunded or prorated unless the signed order form, this policy, or applicable law requires otherwise. A customer may still cancel a future renewal or request termination under the order form.
When access ends, Korean Tickers disables the applicable keys. The customer must stop collecting data and delete retained raw responses and evidence within 30 days unless the signed order form or applicable law specifies another period. Provider-side account, billing, security, and usage records follow the Privacy Notice and the retention schedule completed before signature.
Email [email protected] with the account email, payment date, request IDs if relevant, and the reason for the request. We aim to review refund requests promptly.
