DART and English OpenDART are used for filings and financial-statement provenance.
Market and market-cap fields are optional reference attributes, not a price-history or quote-feed product.
Data refreshes after DART collection and processing; publication-to-API latency is not guaranteed.
Korean Tickers is not affiliated with DART and is not a broker, investment adviser, or exchange quote feed.
Company lookup and DART financials are included in the same Standard API plan. Explore the use cases and source material below.
Korean Tickers Standard API provides English JSON access to DART financial statements, company records and filing provenance for 313 KOSPI and KOSDAQ companies. It includes 11 reported financial metrics, five separately calculated key metrics, statement lines, filing records, reporting periods and data coverage.
Explore the eight endpoints →Top 200 KOSPI and top 100 KOSDAQ companies by market capitalization, plus AI Value Chain companies. The published coverage snapshot contains 313 unique companies. Use GET /v1/companies with an API key for the exact membership; the wider public stock directory is not the API coverage list.
Explore the AI Value Chain →Public API subscriptions are coming soon. Planned pricing is $19.99 USD per month, with 3,000 requests per Korean calendar day and 120 requests per 60-second window. Checkout is not available yet. Join the launch notification list on the pricing page; signing up does not charge you or activate an API key. Final pricing and availability will be confirmed at launch. Existing private pilot access is unchanged.
Get a launch notification →DART filing collection is scheduled twice daily, at 09:00 and 18:00 Asia/Seoul. New data becomes available after processing, validation and publication. This is not an immediate filing feed and publication-to-API latency is not guaranteed. Inspect the periods and coverage endpoints for source timestamps.
Read the freshness contract →Up to the latest eight fiscal reporting slots per company: Q1, Q2/H1, Q3/9M and Q4/annual. Consolidated and separate statements share a slot. Source values may be cumulative or annual, so these are not necessarily eight standalone quarters. Older normalized rows roll out after a new complete slot is validated and published.
Check reporting periods →Reported financial facts come from DART disclosures, not AI estimates. Calculated metrics are separate and include formulas and input provenance. Missing data remains null with a reason, not a fabricated zero. Filing identifiers and source-account metadata support verification.
Inspect provenance and null handling →Standard API is a financial-statement and company-data service, not a real-time quote or price-history feed. Optional market reference fields do not turn it into a quote product. Third-party report bodies, publisher images and paid research text are not included. Raw-response resale and model-training use require rights beyond the standard plan.
